To book an appointment, please choose your preferred vaccine below to read the eligibility requirements before scheduling.

Please note: your second appointment will be scheduled while you are at the pharmacy receiving your first shot.

• PCR Test – $150
  (results available via email within 24 hours)
• Flu / Covid Combo Test – $90
  (results available in fifteen minutes)
• Covid Rapid Antigen Test – $75
  (results available in fifteen minutes, first come-first served inside the pharmacy, no appointment necessary)
  M-F 9am-5pm, Sat 9am-12pm
  
  * If you are ill at the time of the test, please call us when you arrive and we will come out to your vehicle.

• At Home Test – $27
  (one per pack, available for purchase in the pharmacy)
