We are fully permitted throughout the Southeast and are proud to be one of only XX URAC-accredited specialty pharmacies in South Carolina.
At Dottie’s, we offer a comprehensive range of pharmacy services, including regular prescriptions and an in-house compounding lab that enables us to tailor medications to your specific needs. Our compounding pharmacist is certified in hormone replacement therapy and veterinary compounding, ensuring that we can meet all of your medication needs. We also offer a great selection of over-the-counter medications, home health care products, custom-fitted support stockings, unique gift items, and children’s toys and books.
We carry a full line of vitamins, CBD products, and nutritionals to help you maintain optimal health. Our all-natural skin care products are carefully selected to promote healthy, beautiful skin. Our knowledgeable pharmacists are always available to help you make informed decisions about your purchases.
Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Dottie’s has been among the top pharmacies in the state for vaccine administration. We have partnered with businesses, schools, and other medical providers to provide vaccines to our community and surrounding areas. We were also among the first to offer COVID testing, enabling businesses to remain open throughout the pandemic.

Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Eastern Time) and Saturday 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
A licensed pharmacist is available:
24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for emergency pharmacy services.
